Friend Ship Greeting in Photoshop
I am Here to Guide you to create the Greeting in Photoshop like-
Then begin the tutorial with creating the new page of dimension 1024 x 768 pixels
Using this step to give some cloud on page : Filter | Render | Cloud . Do this more time for get perfect cloud with (Ctrl + F) like-
Now create a new Layer using Ctrl+Shift+N or using Layer Panel or Layer Menu | New
Create a selection with Marquee and fill it with white color.
Use Layer Platte (Panel) to change the opacity of layer to 50% Now type the text with black color.
Here is the final Result:
Then begin the tutorial with creating the new page of dimension 1024 x 768 pixels
Note: You are free to choose any size of page but next setting may be vary as the size of
document hence choose the specific size

Now change the Foreground and Background color in Black and White (It is recommended)
Use Filter again to give the glass and water like effect: Filter | Distort | Glass.. with following amount-
It give the look like:
Now it's time to change the color you have a lots of option to change the color of the images using many tools and menus I prefer Hue/Saturation Using one of the following:
Ctrl+U or Image | Adjustments | Hue/Saturations.
Adjust the amount of color like following to made it Red:
Your image will look like :
Now just time to type text as you like . I choose Friendship because today is friendship day. And one you have to use bold font for better look. I choose Forte as my font.
Use following Layer styles to give it like glass. We can use Layer style from Layer | Layer Style | Blending Options or Just use Layer Panel and double click on text layer.

Type the Happy and Day with font Agency FB with yellow color and give following drop shadow:

Now create a new Layer using Ctrl+Shift+N or using Layer Panel or Layer Menu | New
Create a selection with Marquee and fill it with white color.
